Karaoke Strawberry Shortcake Color Print 1991 - 2026

Strawberry KARAOKE.
I did this illustration the last year I worked at those characters in Cleveland a.k.a. TCFC. The idea was bringing her into the new age. It was 1991. Karaoke was just being introduced into the US and there she was with a strawberry microphone ponytail on the side held together with a scrunchie. On her feet are pink doc martens FYI Doc Martin’s didn’t have pink ones back then! She had strawberry earrings as well. In my archive, I had the original black line drawing and a marker rendering in color. It was 2019 when I resurrected her using my computer to update her color. It is signed in the print 8/27/91 Mur F. I sold some prints in 2019 in 2020.? I’m running this print again. She’s now in a brilliant red custom mat more expensive than the standard red, but she’s worth it! 10 are available because that's the number of TRUE RED mats I have available . #EverythingOldIsNewAgain #CharacterSpecialist.
