"I ordered a while ago, but haven't received my package. Why?"
We thank you so much for your order. We are a small team of only two people. We print, mat, make, and package everything ourselves. Sometimes we're running behind or low on supplies. We are only human and appreciate your patience!
"Do you do customs/commissions/original hand drawn art?"
While Muriel does not do custom drawings or commissions, we do sometimes list original hand drawn pieces for a set price here or an auction on eBay. We will always announce on social media before we list it so you can keep a look out for it!
"An item I want is out of stock. When will it restock?"
We restock items when we can. We do not have a set schedule. When we do a restock, the available amount is very limited (around 5-10) considering we get a lot of orders and sell out fast. Since we are a small team, we need time to get through pending orders before we do another restock. We ALWAYS announce restocks on social media, so keep an eye out!
"Can you come to (city) for a meet & greet/event?"
Muriel has gone all over the country and even out of the country for events. We love meeting everyone, but going forward we have to limit what we accept. Unless sponsored by said event as a special guest, we cannot attend. If you want Muriel to appear at your event, we have a Google form you can fill out. We still do creative retreats from the studio in Beggs, OK, and there is a form for that as well!
